Group Fitness Instructor - STUDIO Cycle

As a Founding STUDIO Cycle Instructor, you'll help bring VASA's newest boutique fitness experience to life. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level, build excitement around a new product, and help establish the member experience that will define STUDIO Cycle at VASA.

We're looking for instructors who are passionate about cycling, energized by building community, and excited to help grow something from the beginning. This role is about more than teaching great classes—it's about creating an experience that keeps members coming back and inspires others to join.

Training begins in October!

As a STUDIO Cycle Instructor, you'll help members build strength, endurance, confidence, and energy through immersive, high-energy indoor cycling experiences—including Les Mills THE TRIP®, an immersive cinematic cycling experience.

As a Founding Instructor, you'll play an important role in making this new product successful. You'll execute VASA's STUDIO Cycle programming and brand standards while creating exceptional experiences that drive participation, engagement, and retention.

Every class is an opportunity to welcome someone new, build relationships, and strengthen the STUDIO Cycle community. You'll also serve as an ambassador for the program—helping members discover STUDIO Cycle, encouraging participation, and creating excitement around VASA's newest fitness experience.

We're looking for instructors who can combine great coaching with the energy, connection, and ownership it takes to help a new fitness experience grow.

• Current fitness certification (Personal Training, Group Fitness, or related) required
• Indoor Cycling Certification strongly preferred
• Current CPR/AED Certification required
• Experience teaching group fitness, HIIT, cycling, or similar high-energy formats strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of cycling technique, cadence, resistance, and safe pacing for varied fitness levels
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable promoting classes, building relationships, and generating excitement around STUDIO Cycle
• Positive, professional, and inclusive approach
• Passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals
• Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous learning and development

• Executing the STUDIO Welcome Experience and creating strong first impressions for new and prospective members
• Coaching members of all fitness levels through appropriate pacing, modifications, and progressions
• Maintaining an elevated studio environment through attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
• Partnering with club leadership and fitness teams to build awareness and excitement around STUDIO Cycle
• Embracing feedback, continuing your development, and helping establish STUDIO Cycle as a successful long-term offering at VASA
