We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Associate Manager / Manager to join our growing MedTech team. In this role, you will execute regional marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and engagement with existing customers and target accounts.
Partnering closely with our Strategy and Account teams, you will ensure seamless territory alignment and make a measurable impact across demand generation, events, communications, and digital marketing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Support the development and execution of annual field marketing plans and activities
Lead a diverse mix of marketing programs, including lead generation, email, social media, advertising, and digital initiatives
Own logistics and execution for regional events, including trade shows, executive dinners, workshops, and webinars
Write compelling, value-driven, and customer-led copy that drives engagement and conversion
Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to bring field marketing programs to life
Track and measure program performance, optimizing against objectives and budget
Maintain database completeness through accurate lead imports and data hygiene
3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high growth SaaS startup marketing experience
Exceptional communication, written, and organizational skills
Ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PPT), LinkedIn, and marketing automation platforms
Well organized with high attention to detail
A growth-oriented team player who maintains a positive, solution-focused attitude
Experience working with Marketo, Sigma, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Third-party vendor management
Total compensation: 40,000 - 90,000 EUR
