OpenData Clinical is global reference data on sites and investigators.
As our Associate Lead, you will lead a remote team of 30-50 freelancers who do rule-based web research and identify investigators and sites related to OpenData while following compliance and quality standards.
You will support in improving business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements. You are fully responsible for your team's performance (efficiency and quality). Your primary focus is to improve process efficiency and reduce defects.

1+ years of working experience
Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization
Skilled with spreadsheets
Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly clinical trials terminology
People management experience

Total compensation: 25,000 - 38,000 EUR
