As a Principal Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you won’t just advise on the future of Life Sciences - you’ll be building it. Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams
Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for Commercial BC, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+
People Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice
Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Commercial/Medical/Tech/AI to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences
Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges
Experience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in areas such as Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting, combined with a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape
Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Knowledge of Veeva products
Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Within 5-10 business days, we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not
The next step is a 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice, followed by a job history interview and case exercise. You will have one week to prepare for the case exercise
Within one week after the case exercise, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward
