As a Principal Consultant in our Global Content Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.
You will have the opportunity to shape new ways of working in the end-to-end content operating model – from incorporating AI into a tier-based MLR process, to refining content creation strategy through Claims and Modular Content. These processes and tools help customers get personalized, impactful content to market faster, allowing them to quickly communicate important information to HCPs and patients.
Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams
Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for the Global Content Practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+
People Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice
Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Content Operating Models to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences
Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges
Experience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Content Operating Models, Med/Legal/Reg Review, and Content Strategy, and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape
Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Knowledge of Veeva products
Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Base pay: $120,000 - $250,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
