Our team is focused on making the life sciences industry more efficient and effective through software, data, and consulting working together.

We expect significant growth in Business Consulting as we look towards 2030, and are looking for great people to make it happen.

As a Principal Consultant in our R&D Business Consulting practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

R&D Business Consulting supports biopharma, medtech, animal and consumer health customers with solving business problems across the R&D value chain but also specifically within Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory domains.

You will be part of a global team delivering meaningful and high-impact projects with a variety of organisations from Top 20 Pharma to small/mid-sized organisations.

Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams

Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for the R&D BC practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+

People Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice

Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in R&D domains to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences

Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges

Experience: 10+ years of R&D Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)

Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements

Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Clinical Data/Operations and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape

Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

Knowledge of Veeva products

Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Our process is different than most. It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful. Here are the steps:

You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality assessment

Within 5-10 business days, we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not

The next step is a 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice, followed by a job history interview and case exercise. You will have one week to prepare for the case exercise

Within one week after the case exercise, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward
