As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving Implementation Excellence for our life sciences customers. Focused on our Vault CRM Events Management application, you will deliver structured, compliant, and end-to-end event management solutions—ranging from speaker programs and advisory boards to roundtables and fee-for-service activities.
In alignment with our Services Vision, you will be deeply skilled in leveraging the Vault Platform. You will use technology enablement, automation tools, and prescriptive, packaged solutions to make implementations faster, more precise, and highly efficient. Guided by our core values—Customer Success, Do the Right Thing, Employee Success, and Speed—you will ensure our products are implemented the right way, used the right way, and deliver increasing value over time.
Prescriptive Advisory: Lead discovery and design sessions with a "Keep It Simple" mindset. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward standard capabilities and configurable guardrails rather than over-customized setups.
Implementation Excellence: Lead and execute software implementations using prescribed best practices, standardized packages, and automation tools to deliver fast, high-quality, and cost-effective deployments.
Technology-Enabled Delivery: Develop deep proficiency in the Vault Platform and Vault CRM Events Management. Use platform capabilities and delivery tools to configure solutions, manage data migration, and execute validation with speed and accuracy.
Ecosystem Integration: Guide customers in unifying their complete event lifecycle—from planning and speaker management to budget tracking, content distribution (PromoMats), attendee reconciliation (OpenData or other relevant source), and compliance reporting.
Cross-Functional Alignment ("Two in a Box"): Work in close alignment with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners to ensure smooth project handoffs, contribute to Key Projects, and feed real-world feedback back into product direction.
Operational Excellence & Execution: Take individual accountability for project deliverables, manage execution risks proactively, and maintain focus and intensity to achieve project milestones.
Long-Term Customer Success: Deliver deeply appreciated services that establish strong foundations for post-implementation adoption, user sophistication, and enduring customer relationships.
Team Mentorship: Provide leadership to team members on the team to improve employee and customer success.
Relevant Experience: 6+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations of event management solutions.
Domain & Technical Aptitude: Understanding of Life Sciences commercial event operations (speaker programs, advisory boards, transparency reporting) and strong technical affinity for cloud platforms, workflow engines, and data integration patterns.
Consultative & Presentation Skills: Proven ability to lead customer discovery workshops, communicate complex architectural ideas simply, and challenge customers constructively to design the solution they need.
Execution & Focus: Self-starter with a track record of operational discipline, high attention to detail, and a commitment to incremental progress delivered with speed and quality.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25–30% as required for key project milestones and customer discovery.
