As a member of the Veeva Quality Solution Consulting team, you will partner with Strategy and Sales in supporting the sales process by leading customer business benefit-centric demonstrations of Vault Quality — spanning areas such as QMS, document control, Training. Batch Release and Validation Management. This is an opportunity to build deep expertise with the most modern Quality platform in life sciences, shaping how organizations transform their quality operations end-to-end.

As a Solution Consultant, you will bring expertise, curiosity, and creativity to help customers envision their future with Veeva solutions by:
Conducting discovery and needs analysis to understand key customer requirements.
Configuring and delivering compelling solution demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud applications.
Applying your industry experience to guide customers to a best-in-class solution.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
Providing solution-oriented and business value generating responses as well as aligned delivering presentations to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs).
Leading Workshops, Conference Room Pilots, and Proofs of Concept to help our customers vividly understand how their business process can be enhanced through the deployment of Veeva Quality Cloud.
Supporting marketing activities such as webinars, recorded demos, and industry events.
Being a trusted advisor to customers and the functional key person throughout the sales cycle.
3+ years working with, delivering, or supporting Quality Assurance software solutions in life sciences or medical device/diagnostics.
3+ years’ experience in the pharma/biotech, medtech or similarly regulated industry
Knowledge of quality/manufacturing operations in pharma/biotech and/or medical device/diagnostics sectors
Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the EU (when possible)
Excellent verbal and written communication in English, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Energetic self-starter; able to work independently
Understanding process design and Quality processes/operations
Critical thinking and problem solving
Success in pre-sales or similar customer facing role for a software company.
SaaS/Cloud solutions and software technology experience.
Experience in consulting or project implementation.
Fluency in German, Italian, French.

Total compensation: 65,000 - 110,000 EUR
The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role.
