About your Role:
We are seeking a Principal/Lead Engineer to join our Fintech engineering team. As a Lead Engineer at Venteur, you will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of our products and applications, directly impacting the lives of thousands of individuals who rely on Venteur for their health insurance needs.
As a leader on the Fintech team, some of what you will initially drive is improving the scalability and robustness of our ledgers, financial rails, and autonomous payment workflows. Transparency, accuracy, and consistency are paramount to engender trust with our customers. You will drive the team's efforts in the delivery of our products and applications, directly impacting the lives of thousands of individuals who rely on Venteur for their health insurance needs.
You will collaborate directly with our CEO and other members of our Engineering, Product, Finance, Growth, and Customer teams in-person at our office near San Francisco's Financial District.
