Position Overview
The Retail Associate is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations, educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.
This is a customer-facing position designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Success is measured by generating high-quality appointments that result in completed in-home demonstrations and ultimately help homeowners save money through solar.

Responsibilities

→Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
→Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar.
→Qualify homeowners based on company guidelines.
→Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
→Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company.
→Accurately record appointments and customer information.
→Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals.
→Approximately 40 hours per week

What We Offer

✓On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential

✓Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission

✓Choose your own schedule: Fri-Tue or Wed-Sun

✓Morning: (9AM-5PM) or Night shifts (1PM-9PM)
