About the Role

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as Retail Sales Representative. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent Venture Home inside a designated Lowe's store, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

• →Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• →Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• →Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• →Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.

• Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, marketing, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
