Accounting Specialist (AR & Finance Operations)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist with strong expertise in accounts receivable, billing, and financial record-keeping to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of the numbers, thrives on accuracy, and is comfortable managing the full AR cycle from invoicing through collection. You'll work closely with account managers, finance, and our external accounting firm to keep Venuee's books accurate and its cash flow healthy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of accounting transactions and processes on Flowaccount.
• Record accounts receivable transactions into the system correctly and properly.
• Receive and keep returned billing documents.
• Prepare sale invoices, tax invoices, and receipts.
• Monitor sales bookings and AR collection, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare data for financial statements and reporting.
• Prepare and record monthly expenses in Flowaccount and submit to the accounting firm.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees.
• Provide general administrative support for office tasks.
  
  

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or above, in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Good knowledge of Flowaccount.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers under monthly deadlines (invoicing, payroll, reporting cycles).
• Communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with account managers and an external accounting firm.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
