Veo is an AI-powered sports camera and analysis ecosystem built for one job: turning what happens on a pitch into proof. Capture, viewing, data and analytics, sharing- all in one system, all pointed at the same thing.

That's bigger than football. Every player, on every pitch, gets access to the kind of proof only the top academies used to keep for themselves. It's the future we're building.

Every youth match still has a moment nobody saw. A run that won the game, underneath everyone's radar. A kid written off before anyone actually checked. We exist to close that gap, one match at a time.

One camera on any pitch feeds an AI that tracks every player and the ball for the whole game, turning what happened into evidence instead of somebody's opinion.

That's the actual job here. Not shipping features. Building the system that gives proof to someone who used to rely on a hunch.

If you've ever watched a match and wondered who else saw what you saw, you already know why this matters.

We're looking for people who want to build that future with us.

Veo’s web platform brings together some of our most important customer experiences. We are looking for a Staff Experience Designer with deep Web expertise to own design outcomes for our Core Web Experience and help raise its quality across the teams that contribute to it.

This is a hands-on, AI-first individual-contributor role. You will lead complex cross-team design work, bring a strong point of view, and support other designers with feedback, frameworks, and shared patterns.

You will partner with Stakeholders, Product Managers, and Engineers to connect customer needs, business goals, and technical realities, align teams, and carry ideas through to high-quality outcomes.

  • Lead the end-to-end design of complex Core Web initiatives involving multiple teams, owning outcomes from problem framing through implementation.

  • Work hands-on across problem framing, research, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, validation, and implementation.

  • Use AI throughout the design process to expand exploration, accelerate learning, and make ideas tangible faster.

  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to bring customer insight, data, business goals, and technical trade-offs into decisions and alignment.

  • Identify gaps in customer journeys and shared web patterns, then work with the relevant teams to make practical improvements.

  • Create frameworks, prototypes, and reusable guidance, and provide constructive feedback that helps other designers and teams deliver high-quality work.

  • 10+ years of experience in product design with a strong track record of designing and shipping sophisticated web products and leading complex work involving multiple teams.

  • Deep expertise in responsive design, interaction patterns, information architecture, accessibility, and visual craft.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in real design work, with the curiosity to continually explore new capabilities and practices.

  • Strong product judgment, connecting customer needs, business goals, data, and technical constraints while navigating ambiguity.

  • A systems mindset, including experience evolving design systems, shared patterns, and fragmented experiences.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decisions and help peers improve their work.

  • Our Copenhagen office mirrors our innovative technology – with an indoor ball court, rooftop terrace, and well-equipped gym. We have created a facility that supports connecting disciplines across the business, facilitates creative thinking, and gives the space to engage with colleagues, our global partners, and the entire Veo community.
