Responsibilities

→Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data to support planning and forecasting activities
→Support financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes
→Perform project-based financial analysis, including ROI analysis, cost analysis, and performance tracking
→Analyze variances and identify trends across financial data and reporting outputs
→Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership review
→Support scenario modeling and strategic planning initiatives
→Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and profitability
→Maintain and update financial data, models, and reporting tools
→Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and data-driven decision-making
→Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or currently in progress)
0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics (internship experience acceptable)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
Basic understanding of financial statements and financial concepts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

Exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, or data analysis
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Interest in FP&A or corporate finance
Comfort working with AI tools or prompting for analysis and efficiency

Compensation Range: $20/hr
