  • Design scalable Dataverse data models, including custom tables/entities, relationships, and validation rules.
  • Align solution designs with Microsoft best practices, enterprise standards, and Agile delivery requirements.
  • Evaluate standard capabilities, configuration, and custom development options to recommend maintainable solutions.
  • Provide technical direction, conduct design and code reviews, and guide developers through implementation.

Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Development

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE to support business processes and application requirements.
  • Develop custom plug-ins, workflows, and Power Automate flows to implement business logic and process automation.
  • Build and enhance Canvas and model-driven Power Apps.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Azure Integrations

  • Design, build, and optimize cloud integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
  • Develop and consume REST APIs and OData endpoints to connect Dynamics 365 CE with enterprise applications.
  • Implement appropriate authentication, error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and monitoring.
  • Diagnose integration failures and improve the reliability and performance of data exchanges.

SDLC and DevOps

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, release, and support.
  • Use Azure DevOps for source control, continuous integration, and automated deployments.
  • Manage solution packaging, dependencies, and deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Support integration testing and user acceptance testing, resolve defects, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Contribute to Agile planning, technical estimates, and delivery coordination.

Security and Governance

  • Design and maintain Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse security models.
  • Implement role-based security, field-level security, and hierarchical security to protect sensitive information.
  • Validate access permissions against business requirements and apply least-privilege principles.
  • Work with architecture and security teams to ensure solutions meet organizational governance requirements.

Required Experience and Qualifications:-

  • Extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Dynamics 365 CE / Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead, with continued involvement in development.
  • Strong expertise in Dataverse data modeling, Dynamics customization, plug-in development, workflows, and Power Platform applications.
  • Demonstrated experience building enterprise integrations using Azure services and REST/OData APIs.
  • Experience managing the full SDLC and implementing CI/CD processes through Azure DevOps.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE security models and secure application design.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and explain architectural decisions to technical and business audiences.
