Garden State Veterinary Services in Woodbridge, NJ is excited to announce we are looking for experienced veterinary technicians to work in our Ophthalmology department!
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform all essential duties of a Veterinary Technician
- →Assisting with Ophthalmologic exams
- →Obtain and prepare samples for diagnostic testing
- →Properly use and maintain medical equipment including the operating room
- →Provide professional client communication
- →Assist in anesthetic and sedated procedures including ophthalmologic surgery
- Certified technician preferred, but will consider those with 2 years veterinary experience
- Team oriented
- Motivated self-starter
- Detail oriented
- Sound problem solving abilities
- Ability to communicate with clients and all members of the veterinary team
- Empathetic and kind approach to patient care
- Positive outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
