As a member of our Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will have an integral role in driving the insights, operations, and strategy that enables Sales to run better, faster, and smarter. Sales Strategy and Operations is an excellent platform to learn how a business really runs. Prior candidates that our leadership team has worked with have gone on to be VPs and COOs of companies. You will be joining the Sales Strategy and Operations team as a high impact contributor, gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenges, processes, and data that makes the engine of this Sales organization hum. As an Associate on the team, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to recommendations to drive impact across the sales organization. Specifically, you’ll help the Data team connect with sales leaders about their top concerns, and help set the priorities for how the team tackles the problems that matter the most. Additionally, you’ll run a cohesive communications plan and talk through the team’s roadmap with key leaders across the organization. 

• →Manage key stakeholders across the organization: Because the data we manage is so critical for so many people, our team has many stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for working with them, collecting their feedback, and evangelizing the roadmap and priorities for the team. 
• →Identify pain points: You’ll work with sales reps and leaders across the company to look at their workflows and identify where our team can provide value. 
• →Promote the team’s roadmap: You’ll assemble decks, newsletters, and other comms to disclose the team’s priorities, roadmaps, and timelines.

• Communication & Operational Excellence
• Stakeholder Management: You bridge the gap between the technical and the non-technical. You can translate a Sales Rep’s "wish list" into technical requirements for Data Engineers and then explain the results back to a business audience.
• Process Documentation: You iterate quickly to find a solution and then have the discipline to document your logic and workflows so they are reproducible and easy for others to understand.
• Technical and Data Architecture Understanding 
• Basic SQL and coding skills are a must: While you don’t need to be an expert, you need to understand the basic building blocks of how the team works.
• Strong mastery of SQL and python-based analytics packages (e.g., pandas) are a huge plus. 
• Strategic Problem Solving
• High-impact self-starter: You take initiative to move projects forward and operate with high autonomy. You are excited by the challenge of "owning" the data layer of a cross-functional workstream in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Rigor: You "nerd out" about data accuracy. You can quickly structure analyses to answer critical business questions and provide the data-driven evidence needed to influence company strategy.
