Responsibilities

3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering, with experience owning reporting and metrics end-to-end.

Strong experience writing SQL and Python for analysis, automation, and lightweight modeling
→
Experience building and driving adoption of dashboards (Metabase, Looker Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
→
Experience developing custom metrics, scoring algorithms, or classification models to solve specific business problems.

Experience performing exploratory analysis with minimal direction on ambiguous, open-ended business questions
→
Proactive communicator with experience working with stakeholders
→
Preferred: Experience with dbt modeling.
→
Preferred: Experience with Snowflake.
→
Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare or other regulated data (HIPAA compliance).

Preferred: Experience working closely with engineers to triage and resolve issues.
