Verse Medical is building the modern software infrastructure to make it happen. We're a well-funded Series C company (backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, and Sapphire Ventures) on a mission to heal a fragmented system. Responsibilities

3 - 7 years of product design experience shipping complex, workflow-heavy software in production, ideally B2B, healthcare, or other specialized professional tools.

An online portfolio with visually compelling projects/projects that use visuals to guide users through a premium experience

Storytelling skills that get people excited about aesthetics

High bar for visual design and interaction
→
Mastery of Figma, including components, variables, and high-fidelity prototyping.

Strong product thinking: you understand the "why" behind what you design and can push back with reasoning.

Comfort working directly with engineers and product managers in a fast, high-ownership environment with ambiguity.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.

What We Offer

✓This role is based in our New York City office in Chelsea. We have a hybrid model, with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and innovation.
