We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A team. This individual contributor role will serve as a financial advisor to key business units, leveraging financial insights to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate brings a background in FP&A, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to partner effectively across departments. You’re seen as a go-to business partner who adds insight, not just numbers, your process improvements have helped unlock speed and accuracy for Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary FP&A partner for assigned business units, offering financial support on forecasting the full income statement, budgeting, and operational decision-making.
  • Build and maintain detailed models for the full income statement (revenue and expenses and related metrics).
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reviews, providing analysis on trends, risks, and opportunities to C level executives including CFO
  • Support development of annual budgets and long-range strategic plans.
  • Deliver clear and actionable financial recommendations that influence functional leaders and improve outcomes.
  • Assist in developing business cases for investments, headcount plans, and process changes.
  • Lead and contribute to process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Use NetSuite and Adaptive Planning (preferred) to manage data and produce insights
  • This is an individual contributor role
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and advise without direct authority.
  • Technical expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
  • Thorough understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and key financial metrics.
  • Confident communicator who can translate complex data into insights for non-finance audiences, and collaboration skills across functions.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • NetSuite or Adaptive Planning experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management capabilities.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
