Application Development & Support Senior Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

- Architect and develop .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET MVC) following clean architecture and SOLID principles

- Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with enterprise and ERP systems

- Own full delivery — from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support

- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production systems to ensure stability and uptime

- Mentor team members and enforce coding standards, documentation, and sign-off processes

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously improve existing systems

- Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and process improvement initiatives

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage deliverables with ownership and accountability

 

 

CORE REQUIREMENTS

 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

- 5–8 years of hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC) in production environments

- Strong SQL Server skills — schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning

- Solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper)

- Experience leading or mentoring developers within a structured SDLC environment

- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

 

 

PREFERRED

 

- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments

- ERP system exposure — IFS & Oracle is a strong advantage

- GitLab for source control and team collaboration

- BI or reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent)
