Architectural Engineer

• →Develop architectural and engineering designs for commercial, residential, or industrial projects 
• →Create detailed construction drawings and specifications using advanced CAD/BIM software 
• →Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure integrated design solutions 
• →Perform building system analyses and calculations 
• →Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards 
• →Develop sustainable design solutions incorporating energy efficiency and environmental considerations 
• →Review contractor submittals and RFIs (Requests for Information) 
• →Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance
• →Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives 
• →Prepare and present design proposals and technical documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field 
• 7+ years of experience in architectural design and engineering 
• Professional registration (PE, RA, or both) preferred 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software 
• Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods 
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards 
• Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED principles 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Strong project management abilities 
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

• Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering 
• LEED AP certification 
• Experience with parametric design software 
• Knowledge of construction cost estimation 
• Familiarity with energy modeling software 
• Experience in specific building types (healthcare, education, etc.)

• Proficient in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) 
• 3D modeling and visualization tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max) 
• Energy analysis software 
• Microsoft Office Suite 
• Project management software
