EOL Tester / Hourly - Plant

Il Collaudatore esegue test funzionali e prestazionali sulle unità HVAC/Chiller completate, verificandone la conformità, la sicurezza e il corretto funzionamento prima della spedizione.

Il ruolo comprende controlli di natura elettrica, frigorifera e idraulica e richiede forte attenzione alla qualità e capacità di individuare e analizzare eventuali anomalie.

Responsabilità principali

• Eseguire test funzionali e prestazionali di fine linea sulle unità Chiller complete.
• Effettuare prove di tenuta, prove di pressione, test di sicurezza elettrica e verifiche delle prestazioni termodinamiche.
• Leggere e interpretare disegni tecnici, schemi elettrici e procedure di collaudo.
• Utilizzare strumenti di test quali manometri, multimetri e sistemi di acquisizione dati.
• Registrare e documentare correttamente i risultati delle prove.
• Identificare e segnalare difetti e non conformità.
• Eseguire attività di troubleshooting di base sulle unità che non superano il collaudo.
• Collaborare con Produzione e Qualità per l'analisi e la risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche.
• Garantire il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e qualità applicabili, inclusi CE, PED e normative EN.

Requisiti

• Diploma tecnico in ambito elettrico, meccanico, refrigerazione o HVAC.
• Esperienza in attività di collaudo funzionale, preferibilmente nel settore HVAC, refrigerazione o Chiller.
• Conoscenza di circuiti frigoriferi, sistemi elettrici e componenti idraulici.
• Capacità di leggere schemi elettrici e disegni tecnici.
• Familiarità con strumenti di misura e apparecchiature di collaudo.
• Preferibile conoscenza di banchi prova basati su PLC.
• Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e forte orientamento alla qualità.
• Capacità di effettuare troubleshooting tecnico di base.
• Costituisce titolo preferenziale la certificazione PES/PAV secondo CEI 11-27.

The End of Line Tester performs final functional and performance testing on completed HVAC/Chiller units to ensure product conformity, safety and correct operation before shipment.

The role combines electrical, refrigeration and hydraulic checks and requires a strong quality-oriented and troubleshooting mindset.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute end-of-line functional and performance tests on completed Chiller units.
• Perform leak tests, pressure tests, electrical safety tests and thermodynamic performance checks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and test procedures.
• Operate testing equipment including pressure gauges, multimeters and data acquisition systems.
• Record and document test results accurately.
• Identify and report defects and non-conformities.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting on units that fail testing.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality requirements, including CE, PED and EN standards.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration or HVAC disciplines.
• Previous experience in functional testing, preferably within HVAC, refrigeration or Chiller manufacturing.
• Knowledge of refrigeration circuits, electrical systems and hydraulic components.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with testing and measuring equipment.
• Basic knowledge of PLC-based test benches is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and a strong quality mindset.
• Ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting.
• PES/PAV certification according to CEI 11-27 is considered an advantage.

The anticipated salary range for this role in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy is between 31.000€ to 37.000€ gross per year (based on a full-time working week).
