Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.

Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), with proven ability to maintain governance, accuracy, and compliance.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience with the ability to guide Analysts and influence cross-functional teams.
Advanced communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with capability to interact effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Proven proficiency in ERP platforms (Oracle and/or SAP) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with reporting and dashboarding tools preferred.
Applicable knowledge of database maintenance, ERP interfaces, and data governance frameworks.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to deliver results under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Experience in process improvement or automation projects is an advantage.
