Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related majors (educational requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates);
Proficient in English reading and writing;
More than 3 years of relevant work experience in equipment manufacturing, automotive final assembly, or related industries;
At least 1 year of experience in new product introduction (NPI) and validation;
Familiar with basic engineering analysis methods and knowledgeable about quality management systems;
Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
