Job Role: SIOP Analyst

Location: Thane, India Head Office

Reports To: Director SIOP Demand Planning

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Analyst to join our SIOP team. This role is critical to aligning demand, supply, and capacity planning across our data center infrastructure — ensuring we deliver on growth commitments while optimizing cost and asset utilization.

 Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain integrated demand and supply plans for data center hardware, components, and infrastructure equipment

- Facilitate monthly SIOP cycles — including demand review, supply review, and executive S&OP meetings

- Analyze demand signals from sales, capacity planning, and customer forecasts to build consensus demand plans

- Monitor inventory levels (servers, networking gear, power/cooling equipment) and flag risks related to excess, obsolescence, or shortages

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams to resolve supply-demand imbalances

- Build and maintain planning models and dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs (forecast accuracy, plan attainment, inventory turns, lead times)

- Identify and quantify risks and opportunities; recommend scenario-based mitigation strategies

- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and data quality

Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field

- 3–5 years of experience in demand/supply planning, S&OP, or supply chain analytics

- Strong proficiency in Excel and planning/BI tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Power BI, Tableau)

- Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals — lead times, safety stock, MRP logic

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Strong communication skills; ability to present insights to senior leadership

Preferred:

- Experience in data center, hyperscale, or technology infrastructure environments

- Familiarity with long lead-time procurement (semiconductors, power systems, mechanical/electrical equipment)

- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP)

- Experience with statistical forecasting methods or demand sensing tools

 What We Offer:

- Opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and supply chain at scale

- High-visibility role with direct impact on business growth and capital efficiency

- Collaborative, fast-paced environment with career development support

- Competitive compensation, benefits, and flexible work arrangements
