Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Execute and validate payments to local and international suppliers.
- →Prepare and process bank payment files (MXN / USD).
- →Ensure payments are completed on time in accordance with established schedules.
- →Coordinate with Accounts Payable and operations teams for payment release.
- →Monitor daily bank account activity.
- →Prepare and consolidate monthly bank activity reports.
- →Support bank reconciliations in coordination with accounting.
- →Track cash inflows and outflows for assigned entities.
- →Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- →Identify funding needs or excess cash positions.
- →Manage intercompany loan transactions.
- →Coordinate payments related to financing (principal and interest).
- →Support funding requests to meet operational and financial obligations.
- →Prepare and distribute reports such as:
- →Monthly disbursements
- →Bank activity reports
- →Interest in income tracking
- →Ensure adherence to treasury policies and procedures.
- →Maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
- →Support internal and external audits.
- Major in Accounting, Finance, or related Studies
Requirements
~1 min read- 3-5 years of experience in treasury and banking operations
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Experience of audit & tax process, ability to work with external auditors
- Good written and verbal communication skills bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Energetic and flexible - capable to meet all deadlines and requests
- Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
- Strong analytical skill, detail oriented, independent thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptable: open to change in response to different or unexpected circumstances
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate English proficiency
