Responsibilities

- →Lead and supervise storekeepers and warehouse staff on daily activities.
- →Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
- →Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- →Conduct periodic stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- →Ensure all material movements are properly documented in the ERP/system.
- →Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QC, and Logistics departments.
- →Monitor material shortages and initiate replenishment requests.
- →Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- →Ensure materials are stored safely and efficiently to prevent damage or loss.
- →Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- →Investigate inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- →Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and store performance reports.
- →Provide training, guidance, and performance monitoring for store personnel.
- →Support continuous improvement initiatives within the store operations.
