* You will serve as both a client advisor and an operational leader, managing a portfolio of client engagements while providing hands-on guidance on complex business visa, consular, and business travel matters. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys combining client relationship management, team leadership, and technical case expertise.

* Monitor client service metrics and operational performance to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to service commitments.
* Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, training initiatives, and practice-development activities.
* Contribute to client growth opportunities by identifying evolving client needs and supporting business development efforts within existing accounts.
* Develop strong commercial acumen through active participation in portfolio management, profitability discussions, and financial performance reviews.
* Stay current on global business visa requirements, consular developments, and business travel trends, proactively sharing relevant insights with clients and colleagues.
* Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture that prioritizes learning, accountability, and exceptional client service.
Qualifications
