Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal Manager to lead the execution and oversight of U.S. employment-based immigration services for global corporate clients. In this role, you will manage a team of analysts, support attorneys in high-stakes client engagements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across immigration processes, team operations, and client strategy.
As a manager you will:
* Lead the delivery of U.S. employment-based immigration services for client accounts, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service outcomes.
* Manage, coach, and develop Business Immigration Analysts and Senior Associates through performance management, mentoring, training, and ongoing professional development.
* Provide strategic guidance on immigration processes, timelines, compliance risks, regulatory developments, and complex employment-based visa matters, including PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status filings.
* Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance case management, reporting, automation, operational consistency, and overall service delivery.
* Leverage immigration technology platforms, data analytics, and reporting tools to improve transparency, performance measurement, and client outcomes.
* Monitor legal, policy, and procedural developments while ensuring timely implementation across client programs and internal operations.
* Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams across immigration, tax, and HR functions while modeling the firm's values of empathy, excellence, accountability, and integrity.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration, including team leadership or supervisory experience.
* Paralegal certificate or university degree required, advanced credentials a plus.
* Demonstrated success managing client portfolios and supervising high-volume immigration casework.
* Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
* Technologically proficient, with a strong interest in leveraging automation and data analytics to drive immigration program performance.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and diplomatically to clients and internal teams.
* Familiarity with Vialto Law’s tech-forward mobility ecosystem Vialto’s myMobility mobile app, Mobility Moments, Mobility Brand, and related digital tools) is a plus.

* Hybrid and Remote opportunities available based on location and business needs
* Regular / Full Time
* Compensation Range: $71,000 - $120,000
Compensation is determined based on geographic location, years of relevant experience, education, and overall qualifications.
