BIM Manager

This is an on-site role and will require 5 days a week working in an Atlanta based office. US work authorization is required.

Do you love building the Revit prototypes and parametric content that entire restaurant programs are built from? As BIM Manager at VIATechnik's Studio A100, you'll work on-site in Atlanta as the trusted BIM advisor to one of our longest-standing clients, a national quick service restaurant brand, shaping how their restaurants are designed and delivered across the country.

This is more than a content role. You'll own the prototypes, the library, and the standards, advise client leadership on how to get more from BIM and tools like Autodesk Forma, and operate with the independence of a consultant backed by a global team.

You'll work for a leader who won't manage you closely and doesn't want to. He wants someone who runs with problems, connects content, standards, partner workflows, and data into one picture, and brings him new ideas, including AI, before he has to ask. This is a full-time, in-office annual contractor role at the client's Atlanta headquarters, starting in January 2027, with strong potential to renew well beyond the first year. You'll report to the Digital Design Lead.

Your First-Year Impact

• Audit and stabilize the client's prototype models and content library, with a governance process in place by month 3.
• Refresh all active prototypes to current standards and bring Autodesk Forma into site-fit studies by month 6.
• Deliver at least two automations that cut production or QA time by 10 to 15%, and become the client's go-to BIM advisor.

Apply if you have

• 5+ years of Revit and Autodesk Forma experience, including 3+ years leading BIM or content management.
• Expert parametric family and template skills, plus hands-on prototype model experience.
• Autodesk Forma or similar site planning experience.
• A consulting mindset and a record of working independently at client sites.
• Retail or QSR experience (strongly preferred).
• A systems-thinking mindset and genuine curiosity about new tools, including AI.
• Confidence to advise senior stakeholders while still fixing a family yourself.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Atlanta, GA.
• Availability to start in January 2027.

Compensation and featured benefits:

• The pay for this position is $80,000– $90,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
• Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
