This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.

You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

• →Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• →Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs, including required in-person supervision.
• →Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• →Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration.
• →Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes.
• →Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
