As a Brand Story Designer, you’ll collaborate with creative leads, project teams, and stakeholders to transform ideas into clear, compelling, and visually engaging stories. From executive keynotes and client presentations to infographics, editorial layouts, and communication assets, you’ll translate complex content into polished visuals that inspire and inform. Your portfolio shows strength in layout, hierarchy, typography, and color usage—paired with a passion for crafting presentation design systems, templates, and frameworks that keep our work consistent and impactful. This role is best suited for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, is detail-oriented and proactive, and brings both creative vision and production excellence to every project.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design and produce impactful presentation decks (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides) for client and internal use.
- →Transfer content from existing slides into updated, on-brand templates with consistency and clarity.
- →Create infographics, iconography, and other visual assets that simplify complex messaging.
- →Partner with stakeholders to understand goals, audiences, and communications strategies—shaping visuals that tell stories effectively.
- →Develop and maintain templates, frameworks, and design systems to support scalable storytelling.
- →Ensure alignment with client and Victory brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- →Support a wide range of collateral needs, including editorial layouts, email recaps, and marketing materials.
- →Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities while delivering high-quality, on-deadline work.
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on presentation design, infographics, or editorial work.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Portfolio that demonstrates mastery of layout, hierarchy, typography, color usage, and visual storytelling.
- Experience developing templates, frameworks, or design systems for scalable use.
- Excellent communication and project management skills—organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving requests and timelines.
