Program Assistant

Salary: $33,500 - $36,000 based upon experience

Are you a great communicator with an eye for detail? The Villages of Indiana is currently seeking new applicants for our Program Assistant position. The Program Assistant will:

• Be responsible for coordinating program-specific support efforts for departmental communications and activities.

• Maintain and secure records, correspondence, and forms with accurate formatting and grammar.

• Track deadlines for report submissions, complete documentation required by programs, and maintain files in accordance with contract standards with minimal supervision.

• Provide support for agency-wide compliance audits and needs.

Education Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and two years of prior experience in customer service or office support.
