Path Planning and Control Engineer

We are looking for an ADAS Function Development & Integration Engineer to develop, integrate and tune ADAS functions from algorithm concept to vehicle implementation. The role combines path-planning & control, C/C++ development, system integration, vehicle debugging, calibration and tuning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop ADAS algorithms for L2/L2+ (LKA, ACC, FCW, AEB, NOP…) and related driving functions. Develop path-planning & control algorithms using camera, radar, localization and vehicle signals. Implement production-oriented algorithms in C/C++ and integrate them into the target ECU and vehicle. Debug the end-to-end chain from sensor and perception/fusion through control, actuator and vehicle response. Perform vehicle calibration, tuning, testing, data analysis and root-cause investigation for performance, safety, robustness and driving comfort. Support development and verification following Automotive SPICE (ASPICE). Participate in vehicle testing and be willing to travel between Hanoi and surrounding cities as required. Requirements 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Experience developing and tuning production ADAS functions. Strong background in Control Systems. Strong programming skills in C/C++. Bachelor’s, Master's or PhD degree in Control, Automotive, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic, Computer Engineering or a related field. Good understanding of ADAS and Autonomous Driving Systems. Understanding of vehicle dynamics and vehicle-level signals relevant to ADAS development. Hands-on experience with vehicle testing, debugging, calibration and/or tuning, with strong data-analysis and root-cause skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with camera and radar, including sensor characteristics and limitations. Familiarity with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and automotive software development processes. Knowledge of Euro NCAP or other NCAP ADAS assessment protocols. Experience with CANoe/CANalyzer, CANape or equivalent automotive measurement/logging tools. Experience with model-based development, simulation, SIL/HIL or vehicle-in-the-loop validation.
