Position Context Critical: Handle confidential and sensitive company information professionally. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential market risks. Drive alignment and follow-up actions across teams Rountine: Review and assess potential cases related to Safety, critical vehicle functions. Track field action progress and analyze field action data. Maintain investigation documents and ensure timely follow-up of actions. Lead assigned projects and support cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced global environment. Position Overview Working in a global team environment You will work closely with Aftersales team and also the Engineering and Plant teams to handle critical field issue. Good personal skill to become the glue that bonds the working team together with strong organizational skills. Opportunities to realize your improvement ideas in a start up environment. Requirements 4+ years of experience in automotive quality or related industries. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering Good English communication skills.
