Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred. • 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement leadership roles, with a significant portion at a strategic level • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global procurement strategies that deliver significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage complex contracts and supplier relationships. • Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, risk management, and ethical sourcing. • Experience with procurement technologies and digital transformation initiatives. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
