Handling the build the Procedure/Process of SAC/VQC and Non-conformiity of Material/Products Leading to share the lesion learn or best practices between each plant Conduct the Audit to ensure the compliance of SAC/VQC at each plant. Implement the task-force to continuous the improve the quality/cost/operation Training/Support each plant for the Operation of SAC/VQC Other task as leader requirement. Requirements Minimum 5 years experiences for working at MFG site (IQC/SQ/QA/QC/NPI) about automotive Knowledge of QMS for ISO9001/IATF16949 ( VDA is plus) Understanding the 6 Core Tool ( FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP) Knowledge of Problem solving( 5 Why, 8D …), QC 7 Tool Have experience to build/create process/Procedure Intinial leadership skill. Good of Reporting by Excel/Power-point/Word Responsiveness, agility, discipline, and willingness to take over responsibility and to learn. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Be open to working at our facility in Hai Phong and be willing to undertake occasional international travel for project-related tasks or training opportunities.
