What the role is about: 

In this role The Cultivation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning and production of all stages of cultivation at the facility.  Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining product quality & yields across facilities while ensuring a safe and efficient working environment, culture that is consistently striving for excellence, strong communication and leadership, and cohesive cross functionality with the rest of the operations team.  All Cultivation Techs and Cultivation Leads at the facility will report directly into this role.  This role reports into the Operations Manager.   

What impact you’ll make:

• General: Execution of day-to-day operational tasks with cultivation team. 

• Product quality: monitor and maintain room environmental conditions (HVAC, lights, CO2) and irrigation strategy target ranges (EC, pH, saturation) to product the best possible quality products. 

• Cultivation Technician/Lean management, including but not limited to, attendance, timecards, task management, performance management, employee onboarding and training 

• Communication of daily tasks with Manager/Director to execute cultivation work plan with cultivation team 

• Enforcement of execution of Integrated pest management plan with employees 

• Ordering, track and maintain consumables inventory 

• Implementation and execution of procedural changes 

• Confirmation all logs are being completed weekly 

• Updating and maintaining global ERP system (Business Central) and KPI reporting 

• All other duties as assigned 

• This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and makes certain that the Manager/Director is made aware of any issues that may adversely impact our employees, our crops or our company 

• Minimum three years' experience with managing a large indoor cultivation team 

• Must be at least 21 years of age able to pass a background check and obtain state specific licenses 

• Passionate about the cannabis industry and thrives in a dynamic, high growth environment 

• Familiarity with automated Irrigation skids and HVAC controls 

• Strong attention to detail 

• Strong verbal and communication skills 

• Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships across functions. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using ERP systems preferred. 

• Experience with implementation and execution of IPM 

• Knowledgeable about the science behind producing the best quality cannabis including but not limited to: knowledge of plant strains, structure and health 

• Experience leading a growing team that fosters a people first, success-oriented, accountable environment 

What We Offer:

• Compensation: $65,000-75,000 annually depending on experience
