Responsibilities

Candidate will also be part of an interdisciplinary team to manage the preventive needs of a population of patients in addition to complying with billing, documentation, credentialing, and other administrative requirements.

- Board certification in Internal Medicine and/or Pediatrics
- At least 3-5 years of post-residency experience managing a complex patient panel in a busy primary care clinic.
- Eligible for Virginia Medical Licensure
- Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in value-based care or concierge care
- Excellent vernal and written communication skills
- Experience working on an interdisciplinary team to manage a patient population
- Experience working or supervising APPs
- Experience or interest in working with pediatrics
- Experience in lifestyle medicine
