Responsibilities

→Clinical - Provide excellent clinical care by demonstrating proficiency in the evaluation, diagnosis and management of a wide range of acute medical and traumatic conditions. Provide efficient, high quality patient care that reflects current professional practice norms and skills and is consistent with accepted utilization guidelines.
→Education/Research - Participate in teaching/educational programs and research initiatives as desired.
→Quality/Safety - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and promote patient safety and satisfaction.
→Administrative - Contribute to administrative and leadership responsibilities within the department and hospital, as appropriate, fostering a positive work environment and supporting the growth of Emergency Medicine services.
