• →Clinical - Provide excellent clinical care by demonstrating proficiency in the evaluation, diagnosis and management of a wide range of acute medical and traumatic conditions.  Provide efficient, high quality patient care that reflects current professional practice norms and skills and is consistent with accepted utilization guidelines.
• →Education/Research - Participate in teaching/educational programs and research initiatives as desired.
• →Quality/Safety - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and promote patient safety and satisfaction.
• →Administrative - Contribute to administrative and leadership responsibilities within the department and hospital, as appropriate, fostering a positive work environment and supporting the growth of Emergency Medicine services.

• Unrestricted Virginia Medical license or ability to obtain
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU
