Minimum Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
• Direct experience in managing complex inpatients and outpatients
• Completion of accredited fellowship in General Nephrology
• Requires an interest in teaching and growth in an academic setting
• Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team providing effective communication, both verbal and written and an interest in furthering the research, scholarly and academic missions of the division.
