Responsibilities

- →Deliver clear, professional, and friendly communication on every call
- →Follow provided scripts and talking points while maintaining a natural conversation flow
- →Accurately document call outcomes and relevant customer information
- →Use company-provided software and tools (full training provided)
- →Meet daily and weekly call and performance targets
Requirements

- Ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedback
- Complete onboarding on scripts, workflows, and processes
