About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to create exceptional packaging solutions for our growing product line. This role is ideal for someone with experience designing packaging for hard goods, fitness accessories, support products, and wearable devices. You’ll be responsible for developing packaging that is visually compelling, brand-consistent, and optimized for manufacturing and retail presentation.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design innovative, functional, and production-ready packaging for consumer products.
- →Create packaging concepts and artwork for both retail and e-commerce products.
- →Develop print-ready files, dielines, labels, inserts, instruction manuals, and other packaging assets.
- →Prepare production artwork that meets manufacturing, print, and packaging specifications.
- →Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to refine designs and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- →Recommend appropriate packaging materials, finishes, and printing techniques based on product requirements.
- →Ensure consistency across all packaging while maintaining a strong brand identity.
- →Review production proofs and coordinate with manufacturers to ensure high-quality final output.
- →Stay up to date with packaging design trends, materials, and production technologies.
- →Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience as a Packaging Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing consumer product packaging.
- Experience designing packaging for hard goods, fitness products, wearable devices, consumer electronics, or similar physical products.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, print production, manufacturing processes, and production specifications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience creating production-ready artwork, dielines, and prepress files.
- Solid knowledge of color management, print workflows, and packaging production best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
