Licensed and registered as a Contador Público (CPA/Colegiatura).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or tax.
Strong knowledge of Peruvian tax and accounting regulations (required); familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS is a plus.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo) and financial reporting.
Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Experience in multinational companies or organizations with a large workforce.
Familiarity with social security and payroll-related statutory contributions is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
English proficiency at a B1 (intermediate) level is a plus.
