Responsibilities

→Plan, manage, and execute exploration programs, including drilling, sampling, and geological mapping
→Lead and supervise exploration teams, including geologists, field technicians, and contractors
→Ensure exploration activities are conducted safely and in compliance with HSE and regulatory standards
→Oversee drilling operations, including contractor management, scheduling, and performance tracking
→Interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to support resource evaluation
→Prepare technical reports, exploration updates, and resource estimates
→Manage exploration budgets and ensure cost-effective program delivery
→Coordinate with mine planning, resource geology, and operations teams
→Identify new exploration targets and support long-term resource development strategies
→Ensure proper data collection, validation, and reporting in line with industry standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geoscience, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
8–15 years of experience in mineral exploration, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role
Strong experience in drilling programs (RC, Diamond Drilling) and field exploration activities
Solid understanding of geological modeling and resource estimation
Experience working in mining or exploration projects (open-pit and/or underground)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in remote or site-based environments
