You will manage a team focused on identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring that our client has a steady pipeline of prospective customers. • →Create and execute lead generation strategies to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
• →Manage, mentor and form a part of a team of lead generation specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continual improvement.
• →Utilize various platforms and tools for prospecting, including social media, email marketing, and networking.
• →Analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
• →Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and handover of qualified leads.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation or similar sales roles.
• Proven experience in performing outbound lead generation.
• Strong track-record in outbound sales and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and lead generation tools.
