Mid-Level Interior Designer (x2)

A boutique, high-performance luxury design studio based in Cape Town, South Africa. The studio operates at the top end of the market, delivering premium work across hospitality, luxury food & beverage, and high-end residential environments. Known for its strong design identity and demanding pace, the studio is collaborative but expects a high level of ownership and output from its team.

This is a technically focused mid-level role suited to designers who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced, high-calibre studio environment. This is not a junior or developmental role — candidates must bring strong technical execution, proven experience, and the ability to operate with a degree of independence while collaborating across multiple project leads.

• Around 4 years of relevant interior design experience
• Strong background in luxury residential, hospitality, or premium F&B environments
• Advanced Revit proficiency (non-negotiable)
• Relevant qualification from a recognised design institution
• Ability to manage independent workstreams while collaborating across teams
• Comfortable working under pressure in a high-performance environment
• Proactive mindset with willingness to contribute beyond a rigid job scope

• Portfolio showcasing high-end/luxury project work
• Clear demonstration of Revit capability and depth of usage
• Overview of previous companies and calibre of studio experience
• Highlighted international or premium hospitality/residential exposure (if applicable)

• Experience within high-calibre or well-known design studios
• Exposure to luxury projects locally or internationally
• Commercial awareness alongside strong design sensibility
• Polished, detail-oriented, and highly responsive
