Offshore Recruitment/Delivery Consultant

This role is responsible for personalized, one-to-one candidate engagement, ongoing CRM management, and supporting the placement process. The focus is on building trusted relationships with US-based professionals and ensuring the client can rapidly match candidates to roles. Over time, this role will also conduct first-stage candidate interviews.

• Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs)
• Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Occupational Therapists (OTs)
• Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs)
• Social Workers

• →Conduct tailored, one-to-one outreach via LinkedIn, email, text, and phone to US-based ABA/allied health professionals.
• →Build rapport and long-term relationships with candidates through consultative conversations.
• →Gather and record detailed candidate information (experience, licensure, role preferences, location, salary expectations, availability).
• →Maintain a highly organized and accurate CRM with clear tagging and notes.
• →Schedule interviews and prepare candidates for UK team-led interviews.
• →Conduct structured first-stage interviews (future phase) and provide summaries to UK recruitment leads.
• →Maintain a ready pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate or future roles.
